The cost to rent a 40-passenger party bus typically ranges from $200 to $400+ per hour on weekdays, $220 to $450+ per hour on weekends, and $1,400-$2,600 per day, depending on the specifics of your trip. Your quote will include the bus, driver, fuel, and gratuity, but does not cover parking passes at venues (which you’ll need to purchase separately), tolls, or hotel accommodations for the driver on overnight trips.
