Last Updated: July 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Hamptonpartybuscompany.com collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information through the Site and its related forms, telephone numbers, and online features (the "Site").
The Site is a marketing and informational resource that helps you compare group transportation options, review vehicle types, and see estimated pricing. The Site is not a motor carrier and does not own, operate, or provide transportation vehicles.
Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site, its quote and contact forms, cookies and similar technologies, and communications relating to the Site.
A separate privacy notice may apply if you visit a linked website. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, retention, and disclosure of information described in this policy.
Information Collected
Depending on how you use the Site, the following categories of information may be collected.
Information You Provide
- Contact information: such as your name, telephone number, email address, and other contact details.
- Trip and quote information: such as service dates and times, pickup and drop-off locations, planned stops, passenger count, vehicle preferences, event type, luggage needs, and other itinerary information.
- Communications: such as information you provide in form submissions, emails, telephone calls, text messages, or other communications.
- Preferences and special requests: such as requested amenities or accessibility needs that you choose to provide.
- Consent and privacy-choice records: such as the form disclosure shown to you, your communication preferences, cookie choices, opt-out requests, and the date and time of your actions.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, state ID numbers, medical records, or other information that is not reasonably necessary for your transportation request.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or use the Site, the Site and its service providers may automatically collect: Internet Protocol address; browser, operating-system, and device information; device or cookie identifiers; referring and exit pages; pages viewed and links or buttons selected; dates, times, and duration of Site interactions; form and page performance information; approximate location derived from an IP address; and information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies.
Telephone Information
If you call a telephone number displayed on the Site, the calling number, date and time, call duration, routing information, and the information provided during the call may be collected. Where calls are monitored or recorded, any legally required notice is provided and any legally required consent is obtained before recording.
Sources of Information
Personal information may be collected directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from service providers and communications vendors; and from advertising, analytics, and referral sources, where applicable.
The Site does not collect payment-card information.
How This Information Is Used
Personal information may be used to: receive and process a quote request; display vehicle and pricing information; communicate about the request; provide support relating to use of the Site; operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Site; measure Site traffic, engagement, and performance; detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical problems; maintain consent, suppression, and compliance records; honor privacy and communication choices; comply with law and respond to lawful requests; protect the rights of users, systems, and the Site; and support a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets.
Where permitted by law and consistent with your privacy choices, Site and device information may also be used to measure, personalize, or improve advertising.
How Information Is Disclosed
Personal information may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients.
Service Providers and Contractors
Information may be disclosed to companies that help operate the Site, such as website hosting and infrastructure providers; form, database, and customer-relationship-management providers; telephone, text, and email communications providers; analytics and performance providers; security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention providers; consent-management and privacy-request providers; and advisers such as lawyers, auditors, and consultants.
Advertising and Measurement Partners
Where applicable and subject to your choices, cookie, device, Internet-activity, and approximate-location information may be disclosed to advertising and measurement partners.
Legal and Business Purposes
Information may be disclosed when required by law, subpoena, court order, or legal process; to investigate fraud, misuse, security threats, or unlawful conduct; to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights; to protect users, the public, or Site systems; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
At Your Direction
Information may be disclosed when you request or direct that it be shared, including when you submit a transportation request for the purpose of receiving pricing information.
Calls, Text Messages, and Emails
When you submit a quote request, you are asking to receive communications concerning that request.
The disclosure displayed next to the form explains the communication methods that may be used. Any consent legally required for automated or prerecorded marketing communications is requested separately at the point of submission. This Privacy Policy is not itself a telephone or text-message consent agreement.
You may reply STOP to an applicable text message to request that texts stop. You may use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to request that marketing emails stop. You may also use the contact methods listed below. A limited suppression record may be retained after an opt-out in order to honor the request.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies for different purposes.
Strictly necessary technologies help deliver the Site, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, operate quote-request features, maintain sessions, and remember privacy choices. The Site may not function correctly without them.
Functional technologies support optional features, such as embedded maps, enhanced Site functions, or saved preferences.
Analytics technologies help measure Site traffic, interactions, errors, and performance.
Advertising and measurement technologies may be used to measure advertising, understand referrals, limit repeated advertising, or support interest-based advertising.
You can manage available cookie categories through the Your Privacy Choices panel, which you can reopen from the footer at any time. Your choices are applied to the technologies covered by the panel.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a traditional "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no universally accepted standard for interpreting traditional Do Not Track signals, the Site does not respond to them in a standardized manner.
Where applicable law requires it, qualifying opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, are treated as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device from which the signal is received.
Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Personal information is not sold in exchange for money. When you submit a quote request, your information is used at your direction and for the purpose of responding to your request; this is not treated as a sale of your information.
If optional advertising or measurement technologies are enabled on the Site, certain disclosures to advertising partners could constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as some state laws define those terms. You can opt out of any such disclosures at any time through the Your Privacy Choices panel, the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer, or the contact methods below.
There is no actual knowledge that the personal information of anyone under 16 years old is sold or shared.
Information Practices During the Preceding 12 Months
Since the Site launched, and in any event during the preceding 12 months, the following categories of personal information may have been collected, depending on your interactions with the Site:
- Identifiers: such as name, email address, telephone number, IP address, cookie identifiers, and device identifiers.
- Customer-record and commercial information: such as quote requests, trip details, vehicle preferences, and information about services considered.
- Internet or network activity: such as browser information, pages viewed, referring pages, clicks, Site interactions, and cookie data.
- Geolocation information: such as approximate location derived from an IP address and trip locations you enter.
- Audio and communications information: such as emails, texts, and telephone-call information.
- Sensitive personal information you voluntarily provide: such as precise trip locations or accessibility needs included in a request.
These categories are collected directly from users, automatically from devices, and from the sources described above, and used for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. These categories may have been disclosed to service providers and contractors for business purposes, including Site operation, communications, analytics, security, quote processing, consent management, and legal compliance.
Sensitive personal information is not used to infer characteristics about users or for purposes unrelated to processing requests, providing requested services, security, legal compliance, or other legally permitted purposes.
How Long Information Is Kept
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Quote and contact records are retained as long as needed to process and document the request, respond to communications, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal and operational recordkeeping needs. Consent and communication records are retained as long as reasonably necessary to document consent, opt-outs, and compliance. Technical and security records are retained for periods reasonably necessary to operate the Site, investigate incidents, and prevent abuse. Cookie and analytics information is retained according to the applicable tool settings and privacy choices.
Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for litigation, regulatory inquiries, fraud prevention, legal holds, or enforcement of agreements. Deidentified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual may also be retained.
Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information are used. No method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Personal information from children under 13 is not knowingly collected. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, use the contact methods below so it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted. Personal information of consumers under 16 years old is not knowingly sold or shared.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law applies, you may have the right to: request access to or knowledge of personal information that is maintained; request correction of inaccurate personal information; request deletion of personal information; receive a portable copy of certain information; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; appeal a decision concerning a privacy request; and exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination or retaliation.
You may submit a privacy request by telephone at 948-208-8200.
Information reasonably necessary to verify that you are the person associated with the request may be requested, and no more information than reasonably necessary for verification will be required. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law; the agent may be asked for proof of authorization, and you may be asked to confirm your identity or the agent's authority directly. If a request is denied and applicable law provides a right to appeal, the response will explain how to submit an appeal.
Third-Party Websites
The Site may link or direct you to a transportation provider, map, airport, venue, payment service, or other website. A third-party website's privacy practices are governed by its own privacy notice. Review the applicable notice before providing information through that website.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when practices, technologies, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. If required by law, additional notice will be provided before a material change takes effect. Previously collected personal information will not be used for a materially different purpose without providing any notice or obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
